I don't know what Kimchi jars are... (and I am curious!) and oh, the idea of a wish bottle delights me. I have many wishes that are in need of tending.

Julie, thank you and kimchi is kind of like a fermented cabbage salad, it's really good! But I could have used almost any food jar for this.
