Angel of Peace
Today is Thanksgiving here in America. And for me it's a day to focus on gratitude and peace. Focusing on gratitude has become a practice for me. I have found that the things I am most grateful for are the simple beautiful things in my life.
laughing with my love
my funny four legged furry children
hot cups of tea
the cardinals at the bird feeder
sunsets
Something I love to do this time of year is to sponsor a turkey from:
I've been told that I'm unrealistic because I believe one day there will be peace and kindness for all of Mother Earth's creatures.
But that is my belief.
I hope your day is beautiful,
peaceful
and filled with
lots of things to be grateful for.
Love and Light

As more of us live in gratitude, and our focus changes as a result, we move the world to your vision, which I share. Peace! And happy thanksgiving!

I don't know why I love your paintings so much, but I adore them!
This one reminds me of Ginger Rogers.
She is just magnificent.
What a triumph!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving

Another beautiful piece of art, Julie!
I share your thoughts on Mother Earth's creatures and I don't think it unrealistic at all. Thanks so much for the link.
Love, light and peace,

I love your angel of peace! Like so many of your paintings, it brings a smile to my face.
Stick with your beliefs. If enough of us do, the world will change for the better. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I love that you mentioned 'cardinals at the bird feeder"...I've asked for a bird feeder for Christmas (a squirrel proof one!) because watching cardinals and other birds brings me such simple joy. Your angel is beautiful and your grateful thoughts are, too.

This is beautiful - love the wings :)
People said the Earth was flat, but they were wrong; so one day there will be peace :)
